Lunch is almost always cheaper and easier to book than dinner at the same restaurant. The experience is typically identical — same food, same atmosphere, often with better natural light — at a significantly lower price point. For park restaurants especially, an 11:30 AM or 2:30 PM reservation avoids the busiest dining rushes entirely.
You can't eat everywhere — and you shouldn't try. Pick 2–3 "must-do" dining experiences per trip (a signature dinner, a character meal, one Disney Springs dinner) and be flexible about the rest.
